Pushkar is a magnificent city in Rajasthan, world-famous for its camel fair and Holi celebration. Celebrating Holi in Pushkar must be on your bucket list because it's an experience one can never get anywhere else. The most fascinating thing about this event is the culture itself, how they celebrate "Rango ki Holi", the grand and wild activities. If you are one of those people who never visit this place during Holi, then you are seriously missing out on some of the best thrills you can ever get in your life.

Did you lose interest in celebrating festivals as you grow old? You may be thinking that you lost interest because you are now a grown-up, but the fact is you get bored of celebrating the festivals in the same manner with the same neighbourhood people again and again. That's the truth, and you also know that. The kind of thrill and nostalgia you're looking for is here at Pushkar. Celebrating the festivals of colours in Pushkar can not be more enjoyable anywhere else. Every year thousands of people do visit Pushkar during this festival.

The city is not only known for its culture but also for its vast belief according to Hindi mythology. Locals believe that when the world was created, Lord Brahma happened and dropped a lotus flower on the ground, and this location where the flower was dropped was named "Pushkar" afterwards; it means flower itself. Many people from Delhi NCR visit Pushkar on weekends as this place proves to be an energizing weekend getaway trip because it's not very far from Delhi as Pushkar's distance from Delhi is just 421 Kilometers which makes it a short and nice road trip from Delhi NCR.

There are many tourist attractions to visit and things to do in Pushkar such as visiting great & most famous forts, temples and especially the Pushkar Lake. Apart from its wild festival, Pushkar is also famous for its lakeside view and the serenity one can get there. There is a famous Lord Brahma Temple one must visit as it's the only one of its kind in the whole universe.
